Saratoga Equities was engaged by the ownership to procure a new tenant for the the former Value Village store in the Crown Hill neighborhood (North Ballard) of Seattle. The assignment was initiated at the beginning stages of the Covid-19 pandemic. Throughout the negotiation process, Saratoga Equities leased the building to the City of Seattle on an intermittent basis. The firm successfully procured a regional high-end grocer for a generational 20-year aggregate lease commitment. The existing structure will underwent a complete renovation.
