Brent Nelson, the firm’s founder has been in the Seattle area commercial real estate industry for over 25 years. He chose the name Saratoga for his childhood affection of the Saratoga Passage in Puget Sound, and its representation of a passageway to “openness and freedom”.

Over the span of his career, Brent has obtained extensive knowledge of all facets of commercial real estate. He participates in a diversified number of other business ventures and investments.  Brent was born and raised in Seattle (4th generation).  In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, cycling, boating, fly fishing and spending time with family and friends.
